All of our beer is made on site in our brewery and our pizza is made from scratch daily in our brewpub. We use locally
sourced ingredients whenever in season and available, so everything on your plate and in your glass is always fresh.

WINTER WEASEL DARK ALE 5% ABV
This is a dark malty ale with hints of molasses and a dry, slightly bitter hop finish.

ANASTASIA RUSSIAN IMPERIAL STOUT 8% ABV
Our imperial stout is a big, bold ale that’s as black as midnight and bursting with chocolate, roast and coffee-like flavors.
With age it may take on licorice, dark fruit and sherry-like flavors.

ROMPIN' WEASEL RYE PALE ALE 5% ABV
This American-style India pale ale is brewed with a moderate amount of malted rye for a spicy character that blends deliciously with the generous additions of fruity Centennial hops.

AMERICAN MAID 6.2% ABV
This is a classic American Pre-Prohibition-style pilsner that features a soft corn sweetness, smooth bitterness and a clean finish.

MANGO WHEAT 4.9% ABV
We took our White Weasel Wheat and added a touch of mango to create this fruity summer refresher

PLAID FERRET SCOTTISH ALE 4.5% ABV
Plaid Ferret is deep ruby/brown in color and features a smooth malt flavor.
It has hints of caramel, roast and a slightly sweet character. Devilishly smooth and our #1 selling beer

ORNERY OTTER BLONDE ALE 4.2% ABV
Great for sipping along the riverside any time and with just the right balance
of malt flavor and hop bitterness it makes for a smooth and refreshing pint

BROWN STOAT STOUT 5.5% ABV
This full bodied, almost black beer has chocolate, roast and coffee-like flavors.
The bitterness of the hops melds with the malt flavors to create a balanced bittersweet quality

DANCING FERRET IPA 6% ABV
Our American-style IPA is copper in color with strong bitterness and bold hop flavor and aroma of grapefruit and citrus.
The hop flavor and bitterness continue on through the finish while the malt presence supplies nice balance
