White Weasel is an American-style wheat beer that is brewed with a 50/50 blend of malted wheat and malted barley. It has a light to medium body, low bitterness and a refreshing citrus quality. The high quantity of wheat used can cause a slight cloudiness in this beer. This beer can be served with a lemon wedge on the glass.

Plaid Ferret is low in bitterness. This beer is all about malt and has hints of caramel and a slightly sweet character. Moderate in alcoholic strength, Plaid Ferret is an easy drinking medium bodied ale.

Copper in color with a strong hop presence, which bounces around the mouth like a ferret happy to see its owner. The hop flavor and bitterness continue on through the finish while the malt presence supplies nice balance. A moderately strong medium bodied ale.

This medium bodied brown beer features a smooth malt flavor with hints of chocolate and roast and just enough hops for balance. A popular style in English pubs, this is an easy drinking beer with a full flavor and a lower alcohol content.

A golden colored, medium-bodied beer with a pronounced malt character and good hop bitterness in the finish. With more body and flavor than mass produced versions of pilsner, this is our local variation of the world-class style.

Brown Stoat is rich deep brown in color and almost opaque. It is bursting with chocolate, roast and coffee-like flavors. Its firm bitterness compliments the rich malt flavors and creates a bittersweet quality to the beer. With average alcohol content, Brown Stoat is a moderately strong American-style ale.

Our Blonde ale is great for sipping along the riverside on a warm summer day. With just the right balance of malt flavor and hop bitterness it makes for a crisp and refreshing pint.

A strong, bold ale that’s as black as midnight with the sweet disposition of a ferret who’s just found a nice warm blanket to curl up in. With an alcohol percentage of near 9% abv. Anastasia Russian Imperial Stout warms as it finds its way to the stomach. Best served above 55 degrees F.

Deeply malty sweet but with a lingering bitterness that balances nicely in the finish. Spicy hop flavors in the middle make this a nice choice for a cold damp day in the late days of winter!

Blackfooted Porter is deliciously deceptive. This dark brown beer with distinctively porter-like qualities, also has a lighter side. We use a high percentage of malted wheat in the recipe to lighen the body and make this dark gem deliciously drinkable.

A very rich, intensely malty beer that may have hints of caramel, dried fruit, toffee, dark toast, along with nutty and bread-like qualities. It has a noticeable alcohol presence in both flavor and aroma. Hops play only a supporting role in this beer and it is malty sweet from start to finish. Approaching 10% abv.
