White Weasel is an American-style wheat beer that is brewed with a 50/50 blend of malted wheat and malted barley. It has a light to medium body, low bitterness and a refreshing citrus quality. The high quantity of wheat used can cause a slight cloudiness in this beer.

Plaid Ferret is low in bitterness. This beer is all about malt and has hints of caramel and a slightly sweet character. Moderate in alcoholic strength, Plaid Ferret is an easy drinking medium bodied ale.
